If you change your mind about your spending spree or if something goes wrong with your purchase there’s no problem – the World Duty Free Returns Policy means you can return it to us from anywhere in the world. As long as the goods are in the same condition as sold, you can return your item with proof of purchase within 60 days for a replacement or refund.

They need to be:
1. In the same condition that they were bought in
2. Bought within the last 60 days (proof of purchase required)

If requested, World Duty Free will endeavour to offer a replacement product if received within 60 days of purchase (subject to availability).
