No matter where I fly to I always want to arrive looking my best. Whether it's a short flight to Nice or a long haul trip to LA, I make sure I'm well prepared and that means indulging in my favourite beauty products on the way

Flying can take its toll on the skin so a great moisturiser is key, and my first stop for this is the airport where I make the most of my time there to pick out the items I have been reading about in the press. What I love about World Duty Free stores is the wealth of knowledge at hand from the staff. I know they'll be able to help me choose the right product for me and as there are so many brands to choose from, I'm totally spoilt for choice!

Part of the fun is having the time to test, try and play with the brands and see how they feel and work on my skin. I usually take the time to have a coffee then return to the store to pick up the things I've liked the most. It's my ‘me time’ - so I relax and enjoy experimenting with new styles and brands.

As the summer season draws to an end my thoughts go towards updating my make-up bag with some gorgeous wintry palates. Black is set to be this season's hottest shade so I'll be trying out dark eye shadows for a smokey-eye look, and accessorizing with a sensual evening fragrance for those nights I’ll be spending indoors.
