Want to know if the product you are looking for is available at World Duty Free? If you are flying from Gatwick North you can email the personal shopper team at personalshoppergatwicknorth@baa.com or telephone them directly on 07795 128182 (telephone line is available 06.00-21.00) and they will find out for you.

Personal shoppers will also be able to give you information about what activities will be going on when you pass through the terminal, allowing you to plan your shopping trip as well as your flight!

Product Reservation

Reservations can be made up to 1 month prior to your journey. You can e mail the personal shopper on the following e mail: personalshoppergatwicknorth@baa.com or you can telephone them directly on 07795 128182 (telephone line is available 06.00-21.00). You will need to provide your name, date of flight and flight details to reserve the product. If the product is on promotion the store will honour the promotion price. This service is subject to availability and strictly whilst stocks last.

Downloadable Shopping list
