![]() | Bacardi mojito 6 small mint sprigs 2 x 15ml spoons sugar syrup 1/2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice crushed ice 1 part Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum 12 dashes Angostura bitters (optional) 2 parts soda water Place the mint, sugar syrup and lime juice in a jug, muddle (that is, gently crush using a pestle-like implement called a muddler), add crushed ice, then rum and Angostura bitters, top up with the soda water and gently stir. |
