Pimm's Recipes

Nothing beats a glass of Pimm's on a summer's day. It is almost as traditional as a cup of tea! We have carefully selected some Pimm's receipes for this summer. Pimm's itself was created in 1840 in an oyster bar by James Pimm who produced a concoction of gin, quinine and a secret mixture of herbs to develop this thirst quencher. Several recipes have been developed over the years, the most famous being the 'Traditional Pimm's No.1' highlighted by the image to the right.
