As long as the goods are in the same condition as sold, you can return your item with proof of purchase within 60 days for a replacement or refund.

They need to be:
1. In the same condition that they were bought in
2. Bought within the last 60 days (proof of purchase required)

If requested, World Duty Free will endeavour to offer a replacement product if received within 60 days of purchase (subject to availability).
