							Gerard Coleman founded Artisan du Chocolat in 2000. Since then, Gerard has remained true to his roots: Passionate about his products and hands-on in the production atelier. From a 300 square foot room in London to a state of the art 18,000 square foot factory in Ashford Kent, Gerard has stronly imprinted his philoshopy on Artisan du Chocolat.

							Butlers Chocolates, Dublin's most celebrated chocolate house have successfully collaborated with well known Irish fashion designer Orla Kiely. This alliance has resulted in a range of unique and original keepsake boxes in the distinctive style of Orla Kiely with a delicious selection of premium chocolates from Butlers. This stunning range of three keepsake gift boxes from Orla Kiely & Butlers Chocolates feature the iconic stem pattern set against a beautiful rowan tree motif.

							Danucci Chocoaltes are designed to delight the most discerning of tastes using only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world, each chocolate has been specially crated to delight. Their unique blend of couverture has been carefully developed by the in house Artisan Chocolatier, Michelle Lowth. 							Founded in 2006 by siblings Jay and Roopa Rawal, Devnaa have developed a collection of sweets and chocolates inspired by a combination of their upbringing in London and their Indian heritage. Having created exciting flavours like their dark chocolate with coconut and cardamom and their award winning chai masala truffle they have gone on to produce a range of Indian inspired confectionery all of which is beautifully packaged, made in the UK, suitable for Vegetarians and alcohol free.

							Over the last 25 years, one of Belgium's main producers and exporters of chocolate has been Duc D'o Chocolaterie. Founded in 1983 by Mr. Hendrik Verheist, his mission was to provide consumers with high quality products at affordable prices. Star players are the famous Duc d'O truffles, pralines and mini pralines. But also the liqueur pralines, sea-shells, hearts, easter chocolates, bars and tablets - all loved by consumers.

It all begins in 1857, when Jean Neuhaus sets up business at the prestigious Galerie de La Reine in Brussels. Later on, his ingenious grandson Jean Neuhaus Junior created the first bite-sized filled chocolate, which he called ‘Praline’. It was an instant success! Over the years, Neuhaus continued its fame and soon became the Belgian leader in luxury chocolate. Today it has grown into an international renowned chocolatier, available in more than 50 countries.

							Regarded as the benchmark in German marzipan since 1806 and still privately owned today. Most marzipans contain extra sugar but the Niederegger range is made from pure marzipan paste from almonds grown in southern Europe with no added sugar and a secret ingredient similar to rose water. Today Niederegger is recognised worldwide as the finest quality manufacturer of marzipan products.

							It took about 10 years to re-establish the growing of Black Mitcham peppermint on the Summerdown farm in Hampshire. The pure peppermint oil is distilled on the farm in its purpose built distillery from the leaves grown in its own fields. The result is a rare single estate peppermint oil with a lingering taste. The Summerdown farm is owned by Sir Michael Colman from the mustard “dynasty”. Today the range consists of 4 chocolate products and two teas winning three great taste awards in 2010.
